You have full remote capability to guide your trolley to the next tee, around the green or to meet you after looking for your ball in the rough, saving you time and energy in the process.
Manual
When required, simply guide the trolley using the soft touch handle. This is perfect for bridges, car parks and any situation where the machines needs careful guidance.
Ultimate Control
Use the compact handset to operate the machine while on course. Featuring secure Bluetooth connectivity, the handset gives you complete and consistent control throughout your round.
With up to a 50m range, you don't need to constantly nurse your trolley around the course.

The Q Series is the most compact machine we've ever made. The microcellular composite chassis folds in a few simple steps to fit in almost any car, and will take up next to no room in your garage or home.

The Q Remote is unlike any other golf trolley: its micro-cellular composite chassis, main support and handle are an industry first.
The micro cellular composite material features an internal honeycomb structure combined with a high density outer skin. This combination results in a high stiffness ratio compared to traditional mouldings.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Canada Shipment
Applicable provincial and federal taxes are applied when your order is processed according to where the item will be shipped. Orders are shipped from Richmond, BC or Vancouver, BC and take one to seven business days to process, in addition to the delivery times shown.
Canada Taxes
If an order is shipped to the following provinces or territories, Par-Tee Golf must collect the applicable taxes as described:- British Columbia (BC) – 7% PST on merchandise plus 5% GST on merchandise and freight
- Alberta (AB) – 5% GST on merchandise and freight
- Saskatchewan (SK) – 5% GST on merchandise and freight
- Manitoba (MB) – 8% PST on merchandise plus 5% GST on merchandise and freight
- Ontario (ON) – 13% HST on merchandise and freight
- Quebec (QC) – 9.975% PST on the total of the merchandise and freight plus 5% GST on merchandise and freight

Canadian taxes are not collected on orders shipped outside of Canada. However, orders shipped outside of Canada are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees, which are levied once the package reaches its destination. These fees are collected by the carrier or brokerage company and customers are responsible for paying them. Par-Tee Golf is unable to give estimates for these fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
The United States Shipment
Orders are shipped from Richmond, BC or Vancouver, BC of Canada and take one to seven business days to process, in addition to the delivery times shown.

Orders shipped to the USA are not charged Canada taxes; however, all orders pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees. A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel or may follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees.
